Dr. Elizabeth Archambault

Executive Director: Elizabeth has a background in gender-based violence and child protection within armed conflict and natural disasters, holds a MA from Columbia University in International Educational Development & Human Rights, and a PhD from the University of Novo Gorica in Gender & Political Anthropology.


Nyn Grey

Lead Advocate: Provides individual advocacy for survivors of domestic violence. Provide information and advocacy regarding legal issues, medical care, employment possibilities, housing referrals and other systems advocacy.


Tim Hulley

Prevention Volunteer: Tim develops and implements Lunch Dates with DOVE primary prevention activities. He is also a trained advocate.


Tracy McLaren

Prevention Specialist: Tracy works with both Vashon High School and McMurray Middle School to implement violence prevention initiatives. She is a Teen Council Co-facilitator and develops Lunch Dates curriculum!


Kyle Britz

Prevention Specialist/Community Advocate: Kyle works with both Vashon High School and McMurray Middle School to implement violence prevention initiatives. He is a Teen Council Co-facilitator as well as an advocate.


Bri Sherman

Community Advocate: Bri works with DOVE's advocacy team to provide advocacy to individual survivors or domestic violence. Bri is also a trained sexual assault advocate.
