About the Event
A FREE virtual 4 session series, chalk full of wisdom and practices on how we can holistically cultivate an adaptive and healthy relationship with our nervous system, within our wildly intense ecosystem.
Together we will explore the layers of our nervous system's capacities, functions, and needs, via focusing on our learnable capacity to interrupt patterns of trauma and oppression, and our relationships with the brilliant wisdom of our survivorship. Workshop is geared toward anyone who has expierenced interperson or family trauma or harm, or who work with this population.
3/16 - Our badass body-brain connection
3/23 - How every breath is healing
3/30 - Our 6 survival respones
4/6 - Honoring the wisdom of our body's survivorship
Presented By: Morgan Vanderpool (they/them pronouns)
Morgan (they/them pronouns) is an ecologically and intersectionally grounded white, bilingüe, and neuro-queer: humxn, coach, trauma sensitive movement specialist, mental wellness therapist, restorative practice facilitator, choreographer and community builder, who has been in direct, or relational contact with almost every system of harm and healing out there.
They are dedicated to facilitating inclusive and somatically abolitionist, restorative embodiment practices- to strengthen our collective capacity to healthfully thrive & honor every neurospicy layer of our badass survivor selves- so we may co-build thriving nervous and eco-systems, one breath at a time.
